Understaffed and in no hurry. We had to call for 30 minutes before someone answered when we arrived at the location. Then waited for our room. It wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after our appointment time and they weren’t busy.

Not very organized. The lady at the front desk didnt know what she was doing.

The best urgent care I ever received was a Better Med in Mechanicsville. The staff were knowledgable and professional. There was no wait time at all. I was treated wonderfully from the time I arrived to the time I left. For me, there is no other urgent care facility better than Better Med!

So thankful to have them in Ashland for our minor medical emergencies. They are always fast always courteous always professional. I had a little accident and they took me in right away and took care of the injury.

The office was prompt about bringing me in for my COVID-19 test. The process was seamless.

Always a good experience. Staff is fast and efficient.
