The Better Med team was very professional and the diagnosis of my ailment was right on target and the recommended remedy was also the best.

I decided to provide this review of the BetterMed in Ashland Va. because most people only provide a review when something is negative. My experience was just the opposite. I felt the people truly cared about helping their patients and the facility was warm and clean. Everyone took time to explain from the check in process to the care and meds I would receive. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. I give them 5 stars!

Got stuck with a high bill and tried to call billing offices countless times over the last 3 months. Nobody ever will answer the phone and doesn’t call back. Still stuck with the high bill and no response.
