Went to Better Med with c/o abdominal pain. Was sent home with no answers and nothing to control my pain, nausea or vomiting. Had to go to the ER and then taken emergently to surgery. Skip this step!

This care center was amazing. I did not leave without all of my questions answered. All staff members were kind, thoughtful, and professional.

I have gone there twice then still had to follow up with primary as they didnt prescribe anything and then I couldn't breathe

Great service and very pleasant team!

I received excellent care. I was seen quickly and had strep and flu test results back very quickly. I was in a lot of pain from sore throat and joint pain from strep and was given a liquid steroid in the office before I left that helped SO much. I felt better before I even picked up my antibiotics. Juan is so great, he has been my PA for several visits and I appreciate his bedside manner.

Everything about my visit was great! The waiting room is very pleasant and modern. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
