I was not impressed by the care I received by the NP. I was misdiagnosed and I feel sent home without a thorough checkup. I went 2 days later to Patient First and was diagnosed with pneumonia.

Quick, convenient & friendly and my medical needs were met. Feeling very badly and was able to see the NP and was in and out and on my way; busy time of year, and no one has time to be sick. Better Med did a great job in helping me get over my respiratory infection. They had just opened that week and I reserved online a time to come in. Would go back again! Very nice facility and staff.

Got told it was a sprained ankle when really it was a torn ligament in my foot.
