795 dollars for a tetanus shot seems extremely excessive. Although it was paid I emailed them and asked to explain the 4 or 5 charges and never heard back. DK

Went in. Was given meds. Sent off urine culture and I needed another type of meds and they never called me to tell me that to stop old and pick up new from pharmacy. The only reason I knew there was a prescription was I was picking up another. They finally did call to tell me but was 4 days after they called it in..wth. how stupid is bettermed????

I was left in a room for 50 minutes without seeing anyone even a nurse. And when the doctor finally came into room he examined nothing.

Best experience I every had so professional from Doctor to the Nursing staff just love it.
