The PA was one of the best ones I have ever seen. She was very patient and was very knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in about 40 min and felt 100% better a week later!! I received a call a couple days after my visit from them checking up on me and seeing how everything was going and if I needed anything. Would 100% recommend this BetterMed location and also the PA!

This was my second visit to BetterMed Urgent Care and I can't think of a single issue with either visit. The staff from check in to check out were professional and compassionate and the level of care was outstanding. I would highly recommend BetterMed to anyone seeking urgent care in the Midlothian area.

Totally misdiagnosed my son with allergies and a sinus infection. He had strep and a severe ear infection. Even asked the doctor to do a strep test and she told me no, strep and congestion don’t go together. Ended up having to go to my son’s pediatrician for a correct diagnosis and to the ENT twice, since his ear infection got so much worse due to the misdiagnosis.
