The staff was very professional and attentive. The PA listened to my concerns and reviewed all options with me before dispensing any medications. The visit was very timely and the facility was very clean and neat.

Dr. Christine Young is exceptional! She listens carefully and with intelligent insight to what I say to her. Then she responds with clear resolution of the issue.

Everything was great, physician’s assistant, nurses, etc. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that I went in with a cane (on a broken leg) and was asked to stand waiting and then asked to come to the desk. I thought the person could have been more accommodating, maybe offered to come to me or speak from where I was. There were no others in the editing room.

My husband really needed a doc and since we have just moved here, he didn't have one. BetterMed Urgent Care was an excellent place to go.

Really just an awful experience. I went to the colonial heights location for back pain the day after my car accident. They did not inform me that with only one provider I would not be seen for 4 HOURS. I was totally miserable the entire time and didn’t leave because I thought “it couldn’t be that much longer”. Staff was inconsiderate and communication was just terrible. So very disappointing.
