My doctor was attentive, patient, and had awesome bedside manner. Explained everything he was going to do, everything I needed to do, and gave clear instructions for follow-up. I would definitely go here again though I hope I won't ever need urgent care again.

I didn't even get to see a doctor. I had money to pay and they still wanted a credit card which I did not have on me at the time. I had been there before with no problems. Seems like they should have had any credit card information in the computer. So I took back my check and tore it up. Good thing I wasn't having a heart attack or worse. So if you go make sure you have a credit card!!! I had to go elsewhere even further away (had already traveled 45 minutes). Disappointed!

My most recent experience with my son was horrible. The employee who worked on stitching up my son’s finger did not fix it properly nor did they take an X-ray. A week later he had to be rushed to the hospital where VCU doctors said his finger was fractured and they had to open his finger which was infected and fix it. I will never return to BetterMed and will highly discourage people I know to go there. When I receive the bill from VCU I should send it to Better Med!
