Fast service. I was in and out of there quickly I liked the honesty in the care provider that an xray probably wouldn't benefit much..it was probably just a muscle strain that I had. Only bad thing was it was really hot in the examination room and I thought I was going to pass out from it being so hot!

I went to have nose cauterized. First, the PA hit a nerve and instead of stopping, she kept pressing harder and harder. Took my breath away. When she removed the tool, I couldn't catch my breath so she took her finger and pressed really hard on my nose and asked if that felt better! OMG. She must be a sadist. When I went home, I saw big blotches at the tip of my nose in 2 places, extending onto my face. The cauterization was at the top part of my nostril, So she had accidentally cauterized the tip in 2 places that were so noticeable I had to cancel all my plans. A week and a half have gone by and I am still suffering from gum and tooth pain from when she pressed on the nerve for so long. I went to my Dentist to see how long it would take for the pain to go away and was told IF it goes away, it could take months. And BTW, the next day my nose bled so with all the pain, she did a terrible job.

No Doctors , I come there to see a Doctor, but you do nothing for me . Charge me then tell me to see my Doctor. What a rip-off !!!

My experience with BetterMed was excellent. It seems that them do every thing right. You are taken to a room soon after you get there. The waiting is not bad. The Nurse Practitioner even called me to let me know that my culture was clear. I would recommend BeterMed to anyone.

I came in asking if your establishment had xray. Was told yes and I knew I needed an xray but was diagnosed wrong and 3 weeks later I finally got an xray ( not at BetterMed) and finally on the road to recovery! No thanks to BetterMed
