Horrible customer service. I will never go back there. The provider did nothing for me and clearly did not have an interest in what I was telling her.

I was extremely impressed by the efficiency of the covid testing. Would recommend to anyone. The only problem is that I feel that I was given special treatment as a physician with symptoms and I wonder if my patients can get tested as easily. This is a testing shortage problem and not your fault. Overall I give you 100% and I blame Donald Trump for the testing shortage.

I would like to give a higher rating because we appreciated the drive through testing site but- the specimen was never tested! No results were given and yet we were still billed the full price! The PA was professional but beyond that I am extremely disappointed and feel like we were scammed by bettermed urgent care.
