I have already done a survey on our experience at Better Med. They are great!

The treatment I received was good and the PA was pleasant and knowledgeable. The only hitch was that I checked in online and was given a time to arrive. After arriving I still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. But, overall, it was good.

First two times there the people are so nice so this will be the place i come to from now on thanks for being so nice

Better Med has been excellent and very professional in regards to COVID-19 testing. I give them TOP MARKS

I highly recommend this location. Was able to get in, tested, diagnosed, treated and out fairly quickly. The entire staff was great.

The appointment was easy to get online and the doctor that we saw was personable and friendly. The location felt extremely clean and the front desk person was super nice. The entire experience was extremely efficient. Hopefully we don't need urgent care very often, but I'll definitely go there again if we do.
