So please I chose Better2Know. I just found out my ex boyf took "supporting local businesses" to a different level during the pandemic. Better2Know got me tested quickly and they were so friendly. There was always someone to talk to as I watied for my results to come in. Thank you

Having tried quite a few COVID testing companies, I can assure you that Better2Know is up there in terms of service: fast, reliable, easy to reach, quick to respond, and good value for money. All you need where others fail miserably. Basically I am happy with them and now only use them.

We have used this company twice once for a day 2 test & today for a fit to fly. I felt compelled to write this review because of the excellent help I received from Louise. I needed to have the time on of sample on my certificate to demonstrate that it had been carried out within 24 hours but the first certificate just gave the date. I emailed Louise & got an email back with evidence of the test time within a few minutes & additionally she reissued my certificate a short time later with the date & time shown. It’s always how a company responds when you need help which is the real measure of how good they are & Louise was amazing in her response to my slight panic. Thank you

We used Better2know for our LFT tests after returning recently from Australia. Excellent communicative service, our tests packs arrived the day we arrived home as promised. Easy to use procedure and uploading of result with the test certificate returned within the hour. I hope that we don't have to test again to travel in the future, but if we do we would use this company again without hesitation.
