This was a very easy process. I picked out a ring that I liked and when I purchased the ring I inputted the wrong ring size. I received immediate help with getting this issue rectified. The ring arrived within 4 weeks and I couldn't be happier with the cut, clarity, quality, and price. The packaging for the ring was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Best Brilliance to anyone looking to purchase any jewelry. - 2 carrot Madeline Moissanite & Diamond hidden halo ring

Best brilliance is just an unbelievable company! We placed an order that we needed in 2 weeks for a custom ring that usually takes 6 weeks. We got the ring a day before we flew out internationally and the proposal and the ring was stunning! Thank you for everything BB!

Ring came in a timely manner. Exactly 1 month. Absolutely everything i ordered and beautiful. Sizing was perfect and quality was fantastic. I’ve had it a couple months now and has not worn down at all. It’s the real deal. The rings came in a big beautiful box with a certificate which I was not expecting.

My ring is stunning. Paul patiently met with me several times to personalise my design perfectly. The stones are spectacular and, the workmanship is superb. While purchasing such a special piece of jewellery online may feel daunting, Paul and his team do everything they can to make the process as comfortable as possible with constant updates and efficient responses to emailed queries. I could not be happier with my experience or the exquisite ring that I will treasure everyday.
