Product is great. I have noticed faster recovery. Product was received in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Hi Gene, Faster recovery is the thing most people are actually after when they start creatine, so hearing you noticed it is about the best report we can get. Good to know the delivery held up its end too. Enjoy the rest of the bag. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team
The product is OK, but this company is a scam! They started sending me recurring items with unauthorized charges to my credit card. When I tried to cancel and return the unused unwanted product, I discovered that they charge $15 per bag plus shipping to return it!!!!!

Hi Shellie, Finding charges you were not expecting on a card is unsettling, and we are sorry that is how this went. Thank you for saying so plainly. So other readers have the full picture: our subscription terms, the recurring billing schedule included, sit directly above the purchase button at checkout, before any order is placed. Shopify requires that disclosure on every subscription order we take, and we hold ourselves to it. The subscription is also yours to control at any point. Click the account icon beside the cart at the top of any page on our site, sign in using the email or phone number from your order, and you can pause it, change it, or cancel it from there. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team
Fast Delivery, great customer service

Hi Brian, Short and to the point, and both halves matter to us. Shipping speed and a real answer when you write in are the two things we get judged on before the product ever gets a chance. Thank you for saying they both landed. Positively, Bear Balanced Team
Product is working good and the delivery is good

Hi Ray, Two for two, which is what we aim for. Working as expected and arriving when it should sounds unremarkable until you have had an order that managed neither. Thanks for taking a moment to say so. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team
Love them! Great results! My wife is now takingb them❤️

Hi Karl, A recommendation that travels as far as your own kitchen table is a good sign. We hope your wife gets on with them as well as you have. Glad the results have been there. Thank you for the note. Positively, Bear Balanced Team
The gummies melted together at room temperature. I have to cut, or tear off pieces. Flavor is good.

Response from Bear Balanced· Oct 2, 2026
Hi Mark, Thanks for letting us know. Gummies that fuse into one block and have to be cut or torn apart are a real nuisance, even when the flavor holds up, and that is not the state they should reach you in. The room temperature texture problem has gone to our product team with your note attached. Firmness in warm conditions is exactly the kind of detail that is hard to catch without customers telling us. Good to hear the taste itself worked for you. Positively, Bear Balanced Team
Taste terrible. One package stored in same spot as others is one big blob or creatine. Company won't replace it. Subscription hard to cancel. DO NOT recommend

Hi Jaime, Two things went wrong here and neither is small: a bag that set into one solid block instead of separate gummies, and a taste that missed. Both have gone to our product team, clumping included. To be transparent about how our subscriptions work, the recurring billing schedule is shown directly above the purchase button at checkout, before an order goes through. Shopify requires that disclosure on every subscription order, and we take the obligation seriously. Cancelling does not have to go through anyone: the account icon sits next to the cart at the top of any page, sign in with the email or phone number on your order, and pause, change or cancel from there. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team
I can tell a difference when i consistently use these gummies before workouts (about an hour prior). I can work longer without muscle fatigue setting in, and (to my eyes) i get more of a “swell” during the workouts that stays with me longer and sends to stick around as weeks go by.

Hi George, Taking them about an hour before training and noticing you can work longer before fatigue sets in is exactly the pattern creatine should produce, so it is good to see it described that precisely. That the effect has stuck around as the weeks go by says the consistency is doing its part too. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team
