Hi Linda, That is a hard first experience, and we're sorry the gummies were so unpleasant for you. Your comments on the taste have gone straight to our product team. To be transparent about how our subscriptions work, the terms and recurring billing schedule sit directly above the purchase button at checkout, before any order is placed. Shopify, which powers our store, requires that disclosure on every subscription order, and we treat it as a real obligation. If you would like to stop future orders, click the account icon next to the cart at the top of any page on our site, sign in with the email or phone number you ordered with, and pause, change, or cancel from there. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

Hi Lee, Being told you're stuck after asking to cancel is not how this should go, and we're sorry it played out that way. Thank you for sharing it. For clarity, our subscription terms, including the recurring billing schedule, are shown directly above the purchase button at checkout before any order goes through. As a Shopify-powered store, we must present that disclosure on every subscription order. The subscription can also be managed without waiting on anyone: use the account icon next to the cart at the top of any page on our site, sign in with the email or phone number from your order, and pause, change, or cancel it there. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

Hi Matt, "Never forget your creatine" is a great way to sum it up. That daily habit is where the results come from, and a gummy makes it simple. Glad the shipping was quick and the flavors and texture hit the mark too. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

Hi Michele, Two months is far too long to be left waiting, and we're sorry that what you've received so far has been an apology rather than an answer. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to. We've passed your review to our team so this gets a proper look and a fair resolution. Thank you for being direct with us about how it has gone. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

Hi Jeff, Blueberry and watermelon make a good pair, and it's great to hear you're noticing the extra push in your workouts, extremes or not. We'll take "a little sweet, but enjoyable to chew" as a compliment, and your take on the sweetness has gone to our product team as well. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

Hi James, Placing an order and then hearing nothing back is unsettling, and we're sorry no acknowledgement reached you. A confirmation should arrive every time, and missing that one is on us. Your note about the gap in communication has gone to our team so we can find where it fell through. Thank you for flagging it rather than letting it slide. Positively, Bear Balanced Team
