For clarity, the subscription terms and the recurring billing schedule sit directly above the purchase button at checkout, before any order is placed. As a Shopify-powered store we are required to present that on every subscription order. Cancelling is also something you can do yourself in about a minute: click the account icon next to the cart at the top of any page on our site, sign in with the email or phone number from the order, then pause, change, or cancel from there. Being told one thing about a return and then something else afterwards is the part we find hardest to defend, and we are sorry it landed that way. On the taste, your reaction has gone straight to the product team. A gummy that someone has to force down is a failure of the product, not of the person eating it, and that is how we are treating the note. Hi Rob, Emails going unanswered while marketing keeps arriving is a bad combination, and we are sorry that is what you got from us. Never receiving the first order at all makes it worse. The silence is the part we are working hardest on. Someone who has to chase us twice and hears nothing either time has been let down twice, and there is no version of that we are comfortable with.
