I recently had 6 bobbleheads custom made as gifts for my wedding. Let me just say that the bobbleheads turned out so good! Each one looked just like the person that they were for, and my friends were overjoyed to receive them as gifts. For one of the bobbleheads, the initial photo proof was not to my liking, but Jennifer was able to effectively to fix this issue and the bobblehead ended up turning out great!

My husband was thrilled with it. they did a great job and communication was great.

I ordered a custom Atlanta Braves bobble head for my husband as a Father’s Day gift. The bobble that arrived did not even have an Atlanta Braves logo… I’ve contacted the company multiple times (Jennifer Levene) and they offered to send me a sticker, still have not received it despite the offer to send the sticker on May 5, 2025. I also asked for a partial refund or credit since the experience has been so negative… no progress on that either! I share this review as a warning for others. I specifically ordered what was listed as “Custom Atlanta Braves Bobble Head” and the item has not Braves markings whatsoever. Not sure what has happened but very disappointed.

I was looking for a fun gift for my retiring pastor and a bobblehead seemed perfect. I was a little worried because I didn't know where it would be sent from and anymore you can't trust some sites. THIS SITE IS WONDERFUL! I had constant communication and even though some changes were made I received the finished product 2 weeks before I needed it! Thank you Mark Choi

These guys are fantastic! My product arrived on time and its face looked exactly like the picture that I sent them to replicate! AMAZING! Thanks guys

Working with Mark Choi on a bobblehead gift for a birthday was a great experience. The finished product included a cigar in the bobblehead's mouth and helped to make the figure look very realistic. Excellent image.

I worked with Lilly during a crunch and she provided an amazing product for a retirement party. The bobble head was absolutely perfect.

The work for the bobblehead was amazing, however the communication wasn’t the best. There were a couple of alterations I wanted done and they didn’t reply to me until four days later and stated they already mailed it. I reached out to see if I could send it back because I felt it didn’t completely satisfy me and they never replied :(. So I just had to settle. I love the craftsmanship ship but wish the communication piece was much better.
