I am beyond grateful with how seamless of a process it was to order, customize and receive our bobblehead. Communication was alway prompt, easy to understand, and left no room for confusion. I requested one change to the head after finalizing the change in outfit and colors for clothes. The teacher we gifted this to was so excited about it and raved about how much it looked like her. Delivery was on the low end of the day range provided and received via Fed Ex, who’s tracking is very trustworthy and gave me peace of mind we would receive it on time. The bobblehead turned out so great! I was sent a picture of the model before it was finalized so I could make adjustments as needed. Shipping took a while but it was worth the wait and worth the price for an unforgettable gift

Product exactly as I envisioned it and perfect as a leaving gift for a work colleague. I am also impressed that the order arrived on time.It was time sensitive as it is to be presented at a leaving party. Only negative I would say is price but I do understand it is a bespoke item and you don't get the per unit savings of mass production. Overall, I am happy with product and service.
