Would give more stars if I could. The company was in contact with me throughout production, showing me updates and asking if I wanted anything changed. I provided them with a photo and very specific details that needed to be included. They went above and beyond and the final product is amazing!!! The resemblance to the photo I had them use is uncanny!! Would use again.

Wow. Where to even start. I ordered this as a last minute Father’s Day gift for my dad, the man who has everything he could ever need. A die hard fisherman, and a man with a good sense of humor. I stumbled upon bbobbler from a quick google search of custom bobble heads. The possibilities are ENDLESS. I chose the one I liked, uploaded a picture of my dad, and within 2 or 3 days, had an email in my inbox confirming skin color and a rough model to show me. Throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop, I could request changes as I saw fit trying to get the best resemblance of his facial features and my requests were listened to and fulfilled. I am blown away in the customer service, the craftsmanship and the quality of the bobble head. This will be a conversation piece for decades. Our 3 year old was able to tell us the bobble head looked like papa before even telling her who it was. Spot on accurate I can’t wait to gift this to him! Thank you so much to the team, I will forever be recommending custom Bobble heads as gifts!

They were open to feedback to changes and did a great job customizing the bobbler just like we wanted it. The gift was a hit!

The entire process of making my custom bobble head was wonderful. The team sent me initial sample pictures based on the two photos I provided. The final product is exactly what they shared and the quality of the work is amazing.

I needed a last minute gift for my boss and BBobbler delivered a PERFECT custom bobble head in 2 weeks! The entire process was so smooth, and Iris was always so quick to respond and answer my questions via email. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom bobble head for family, friends, or work!

It's been a pleasure working with this team. I had ordered a custom bobblehead that had specific components to it that the team created and it looked amazing! On shipping, there was some slight damage to the product; however, after working with their customer support they resent another bobblehead. The quality is amazing and the customer support was even better! Strongly recommend using them!

The company was fantastic. They kept me informed through the whole process, always asked for approval to move to forward to the next step. The product came out great, love it. Great gift. Thanks Mark, just just don’t find this kind of customer service these days.
