bbobbler.comReviews of bbobbler.com

bbobbler did a great job constructing a bobble as a surprise for my friend. They worked TIRELESSLY to get it right, working with me for weeks as we made revisions. SO happy with the process, customer service, and results. Nancy is great! :)

Bobblehead came in as expected, look great and thankful for all the detailed proofs prior to finish. Facial expression is spot on perfect! We are very pleased with the end result. It is a gift that we can't wait to see the expression on the person receiving it! Would come back here again to order, no problem!

I had a great experience ordering a customized bobble head for my nephew's 17th birthday. The customer service is wonderful! I was asked to submit a better photo so that the artist could make the doll resemble my nephew as best as they could. I was able to ask for modifications after the first version of the doll was made and the modifications were done! After my nephew received the bobble head, his mom remarked that it looked just like her son and that it was the best quality bobble head she had seen after having gifted a couple different ones that she purchased from other companies. Overall, bbobbler was thorough, skillful, prompt and professional! Fantastic experience - thank you!

The bobbleheads themselves look great. Beware of issues with the customer service team and expect to not be kept in the loop very much. Ensure that you order place the order at least 2 months in advance of when you want them to be delivered. To summarize the issues I experienced: -I was provided with an incorrect tracking number, which prevented me from tracking the shipment. There was a lack of consistent communication from the customer service team to provide updates on preparation and shipping, sometimes going weeks without a response. -I was not told until the 11th hour that the originally requested delivery deadline would not be met (no mention was made for 4 weeks prior). -The package arrived after the event for which the items were intended, rendering the order essentially useless despite being placed six weeks in advance. -The 2–3 week shipping timeframe stated on your website was not honored. -The only refund offered didn't even cover shipping. $30 on a $250 order. They did offer a discount on a future order but rest assured I will NOT be ordering from them again simply due to their lack of professionalism and reasonableness

BUYER BEWARE!! I,like so many others, paid far more than the regular fee with all the upcharges, and got NOTHING. When I asked for a refund, they asked for access to my bank account so they could "give me my money back." I offered to accept the refund through zelle, a credit card, or to accept a check. They will not even respond. They stole my money.

I ordered a custom bobble head from this company for my husband for a gift. I did the ninja turtle option. I even paid up charges for a master artist and other up charges. The first one we received was awful. There were pieces falling off, there were tons of fingerprints. There were marks everywhere. They offered to redo it and resend it. I got it. It took forever to get here. When we got it, there was a big brown mark on the neck. There were more fingerprints. The specifications that I put in the order were not done. I emailed the company specifically Jennifer Levene. She states that they inspect all products before they are shipped and that things like that are unavoidable. She said they appreciated my understanding. However, that was not the case and not what I put in my original email. At this point, I’ve got two bobble heads that are horribly crafted. I paid a lot of money for a custom bobble head and even did up charges for a master, and I don’t remember what the other charges were. She offered no kind of assistance. She didn’t offer a refund. She just simply said thank you for understanding. That’s ridiculous. I sent her back a very wordy email saying that I would like a refund. All of these other review stated that they never got a refund so I probably won’t. But I hope that other people do not use this company.

I chose BBobbler to create a unique birthday gift for a friend of mine. They were able to use the photo I submitted and made a very detailed likeness of my friend. From start to finish they communicated with me every step of the way, sending me photos to review as the bobblehead took shape. They took care of any suggestions I made or changes wanted to create the exact design I had in mind. The finished product was excellent and even better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend BBobbler and would definitely use them again.

Will definitely be ordering from here again! Quality work, attention to detail and wonderful customer service. The communication was excellent (timely responses), and I'm very happy with my retirement gift purchase!
