BBB Is a SCAM. They ask money to remove the reviews.

I am from South Africa, I saw reviews of people who were scammed by Green card organization on this platform, I am also one of the people scammed by this organization. I was trying to lodge a complaint but just because I am outside of the US I learned that it disqualify me. So if you can help me just want to know of any method that I can resort to in order to get help. Please BBB help me, I saw on the net you helped a lot of people.

They don't seem to handle internet purchases outside the U.S. I bought shoes from Banggood.com located in, you guessed it, CHINA!!! Shoes, that after 8 days of use fell apart! Another pair I ordered over 2 mnths ago but have yet to receive. And BBB won't handle it. I was rerouted to econsumer.gov. I got an immediate response but not sure if my issue will be resolved.

God bless the Better Business Bureau but their website is prehistoric. It is not phone friendly. I was just on there trying to file a complaint. Their website no longer works with a common Chrome-based browser. The links kept redirecting me to the wrong places. So I tried Chrome but that didn't work at all for some reason. Wow.

I visit Burke Decor weekly they have very nice furniture and unique gifts. I enjoy going in to see the different items and talk to the friendly employee's. I will definitely do some of my Christmas shopping here!!!!

They don't resolve consumer issues well as they used to. But they have been compromised with area and national businesses. Still have time for improvement.

Don't waste your time with them. They are there to collect money from company in exchange of giving them good ratting. Nothing else.

This organization is a joke. If a company pays them they refuse to write the truth about them. Yelp does a better job than this organization. They are a joke. They don’t care about protecting consumers at all. Non profit? Ha. I’m so disgusted with this organization. AAA and one of their sub contractors ripped me off for thousands of dollars and I went through the complaint process shared my documentation and the BBB won’t even post that the business did nothing to help me. This company is not. Non profit. They are corrupt.
