Scam horrible company they should be shut down

Rang me and asked if we are still looking to move - we have not been looking to move. Then hung up when I stated we had never been looking to move.

I have been waiting on funding for 3 weeks now from biz2credit even though I have an sba number and have had one for quite sometime now. No response via email, phone or any correspondence whatsoever #BIZ453421

The BBB is definitely NOT useful for solving a problem you've had with a business. They are simply a back-and-forth waste of time. They are NOT a government entity and have ZERO power to do anything about your problems. They are FUNDED by the businesses. In other words, the business you are complaining about pays the BBB for ratings. Don't waste your time. The BBB doesn't care about you.

For 5 months we tried to file a complaint for All American K9 Academy. Inc business accredited by BBB. All BBB did was forwarding e-mails back and forth trying to wear off the customer. It didn't even allow us to post a review. Every time we called asking about the complaint they needed more time. Before the end of the process BBB awarded the certificate to the business "No complaints or bad reviews in 2020" . Before that BBB issued another certificate to the business "No complaints or bad reviews for the last 36 months" However, the business existed for only 17 months and was accredited by BBB for only 11 months by the date of the certificate. Does it make any sense ??? I am surprised it wasn't the certificate "No complaints for the last 100 years"; it would be just as ridiculous! No wonder BBB's rating is 2. If Trustpilot got rid of irrelevant review on here the rating would drop to 1. I wish I could rate BBB 0. Worthless pointless useless organization . Don't waste your time, go to court.

Its scam my review about a certain company was deleted and so was my account

Unfair system that is rigged towards businesses. We had moved and found substandard work performed by a company and wrote a review (not a complaint, just a review). Over a year later, they contacted the BBB to ask for proof they did the work. We submitted it. Fast forward to now, I file a complaint for another company and they respond 10 days later. The BBB only give people 5 days to respond, and then it is closed in favor of the business. Cannot be re-opened. Some of us work for a living and are critical-essential and not useless. Zero trust in the BBB

Having worked with Defense Contracts for many years, I have never seen a company with such outstanding qualities as Main Street Solar. From their management to the installers, I have found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest and professional in all aspects of the project. The installers work as a team and clean up after completion. They priced their system at half the cost for the same size than one of the top national solar installers. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for solar system installation.
