My dog is doing so much better from this food. She is old and has a sensitive system. So far I am mixing it with her cheap food and still seeing good results. Unfortunately in order to give your dog good food this is the cost. You could make it yourself and see if you will save $$? Anyway.. so happy this company is selling this product and doing good for other animals.. Thank you.

I have a 5 year-old flat-coated retriever for whom I started making his food during the pandemic. I tried this to see if the nutrition would work now that I'm working out of the house again. Unfortunately, it was nearly indigestible for him and made him quite ill. The pieces of food are like rubber mulch. After $175 at the vet and $85 to return the food the folks at the return center gave me a hard time about returning the money. First they said they only received one return shipment (correct - I put both shipments in 1 box). When I told her that, she said they needed the tracking number I asked why when she just said they received it back. She refused to do anything else until I gave her the number. So I started sorting through my 7432 pics to find it but let her know that I would have to file a small claims suit as this was not what their website stated when it said easy returns. It was at this time that she begrudgingly agreed to just refund the money. This was a very expensive mistake - please don't make it.

My little Papillon Mix girl, Gypsy, absolutely LOVES this food. I spend a TON of money on premium wet, dry, raw, dehydrated foods and premium treats like dehydrated chicken hearts, lamb lungs and beef lungs. She is so picky, I end up wasting a lot which is very frustrating. I watched the Badlands presentation and decided to give it a try. Order came within a few days and I was surprised at the heavy weight of the box. (I've ordered Dr. Marty's in the past and was surprised how light that is). I try many foods as I am looking for one she will eat all of to cut out the waste. First try I hand fed her about 1/8 cup and she ate it all! Next meal I fed her regular N&D dry, Vital freeze dried tidbits and a little Badlands. When she was done eating, there was NO Badlands left but most of the other two. This has continued to be the case! We will see if she makes it though the six bags without getting bored, but it's looking good so far!

I received order in timely manner. Packaging clean and fresh. Food smells good. The dogs love it. Their stool showed healthy digestion of the food. Grateful for the proper nutrition for my Golden-doodle and Labrador-doodle. Sincerely, Crystal.

I am livid! I canceled my order today around 10 a.m. central time because I have a 4 month old puppy, and I learned at the last minute that this stuff is not for puppies! I spoke with a very nice woman today and she confirmed my order was canceled and I would have a refund in 3-5 days. WELL, imagine my surprise several hours (7 hrs later) lthat I got a shipping notice with tracking number! So now I’m stuck paying for this stuff I can’t feed my puppy AND I have to PAY to return it! I plan on disputing the charges with my bank and refusing the shipment when UPS shows up at my door. Your rep confirmed it was canceled, so why am I getting stuck with your mistake?

I mean it's good but the price is absolutely absurd. I have a Great Dane. It would cost $1400+ a month to feed her this. It's okay as a topper or a once in a while thing but even then...this is just a lot of money. I already spend hundreds of $ a month feeding her as it is. This food would almost triple the costs. And honestly while my girl of course eats it (she would eat literally anything) she doesn't get quite as excited about this as she does with certain other foods. I don't know...I just can't justify this. I love my dog but I don't even spend that much a month feeding my entire family. If I was a wealthy celebrity I'd buy this...most of us aren't though. Or maybe if I had a teacup Yorkie or something but for a 100+lb dog (145lb) this would never work. If they could find some way to lower the price lots more people would be interested. It's like human food though....unfortunately it's cheaper to eat a McDouble versus a good meal but we suffer down the road. :-( Disappointed. Been working on just making dog food from scratch at home. It's more work but much more affordable.

My client fed a combination of Badlands and Nom Nom to her new English Cream Golden Retriever starting at 8 weeks. The first time and each time I met the puppy he acted out aggressively, way out of control. I felt it was due to lack of nutrition which several weeks later proved to be true. I found undigested Badlands chunks in his stool everytime I bagged it. It took four days for all the Badlands to pass through after I took the puppy off this so called Superfood . I started the pup on a premium puppy for for large breed puppies for sensitive tummys and skin. It has been over a week with the pup finally thriving with less stool and positive change in disposition.

I will heed the price reviews and can't afford to buy. So what can we buy that is still pretty healthy. I have also cooked food for dog but know I don't have everything she needs. I live my dog so much but still can only buy what I can afford
