My 10 year old and 2 year old boxers absolutely love it. They are each on restricted diets,so previously we could give them only dried chicken treats, since they eschewed all the other healthy treats. They absolutely love this, both as a treat and a topper. Can’t afford to feed these big guys this alone, but very happy they are getting these nutrients.

I am waiting for my first bag to arrive and I have questions. No one answers the phone, called 5 times and hung up after an hour each. I also emailed three times with no response. I hope I don't regret trusting Catherine Heigl. Update. It arrived, all 24ozs. I'm a senior expected 24 lbs. Couldn't tell from pictures. A scam at best. Called for a refund. I'm going to consumer protection next. Stay away.

The food…my Yorkie loves it and has stopped scratching. The customer service…or lack of…gets zero stars. Received my order missing one bag of food. Tried to contact customer service through email twice and no response. Tried to call and was on hold for an hour before I finally hung up. I wish my dog didn’t like this food!

I bought this dog food for my two picky eaters. It’s very expensive and they seem to really like it. The problem is, I feel like I’m getting ripped off for the price I paid for it. When you open the bag it’s only half full. One 24 oz bag that’s half full of air, only fed my three dogs for a day. WTH!! I followed the guide on how much to feed them and had to cut back to make it work. I have two golden retrievers and one rescue, they’re 82, 90 and 32 pounds.

I bought Badlands for my picky Standard Poodle, believing the overhyped ad verbiage. Big mistake. She hates it. I’ve mixed it with different combinations of her favorites ( sweet potatoes, hamburger meat, wet canned food) and she picks through the Badlands and eats the good stuff. The company gave me options to either return product (impossible) or accept a 40% refund. Of the almost $150 I spent. What a scam. Don’t buy this overpriced garbage.

My border collie and Rhodesian Ridgeback love this food either dry or add warm water...Wow. they also love the liver treats. Keep up this great food. It's never been easier to feed my pets and I know there getting high quality food without the junk. They been on this food for three weeks now and there just about 100% in getting the full amount.

I purchased 3 bags of the superior complete and 6 bags of the treats. When I was ready to reorder I stayed on the phone almost an hour waiting for someone to answer and no one ever did. After a few more times trying to reorder I finally got someone to answer and was told there was no more food available and it wouldn't be in until November. I was down to just a small amount and had to go out and purchase store bought canned food to feed both dogs. This is the second company that had this same issue and I have had to switch companies because of this. This is not good for my dogs digestive systems so these companies need to get it together to make sure the product is available. It's hard enough to find a good dog food without issues with product not being available when product is low. I'm still waiting for product to be available. There needs to be some telephone messages telling you about issues ordering so you don't have to hold up to one hour.
