Very easy process. I found the app a little confusing to reschedule sessions but overall the testing process itself was quite simple.

Worked great on iPhone app. Staff great, good instruction, quick & painless. I would use it again.

This had to be the most confusing system EVER! Literally the worse. The interpreter kept contradicting herself . Telling me to make sure NOT to turn my camera off but then tell me to go look at another app, then got anxious when my camera turned off (like that won’t turn my camera off). Every time I asked her a question she would never answer directly. Overall I didn’t even feel like I preformed the test correctly by her directions . I needed these results for travel and decided to just go to Walgreens for secure results. Waist of time

The whole taking the test process was nice and easy, definitely would recommend! The woman I had observing my test was so lovely! Would 100% use again!

Really not clear what this provides me. Many texts indicated I am green but no confirmation via email.

So easy and convenient. Test kit showed up To our door in two days. Staff on the call were helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
