Shopping in Ayla is easy; customer service is good; they would help with any doubt that you may have. I like That they don’t send so many newsletters, so that’s why, whenever I receive one, I know it’s with it.

Great communication regarding my order ( including follow up to see how I liked products), plus they included some nice samples. They carry some hard to find brands which I appreciate. Super sweet, well run site with lovely products!

Ordered items online for my sisters birthday (the seaweed soak and a gift card) and the items shipped the same day! The gift card was packaged beautifully and my sister was delighted and can’t wait to try the soak. If you’re unsure of a product or want more info don’t hesitate to reach out to the Ayla team, they truly know their product lines and are a wealth of information!

Not only does Aylabeauty do all of the vetting of companies so that we know we are buying and supporting ethical companies with healthy ingredients, they have hand picked some of the best skincare products and companies from around the globe that work beautifully. Paired with wonderful customer service and personal attention, there’s no need for me to go anywhere else with my skincare needs!
