Can’t comment too much … still waiting for product I ordered weeks later???

I LOVE the products but the shipping stinks!!! It takes FOREVER to get anything. Not sure if it's because they use UPS and not USPS but the wait is ridiculous. It shouldn't take over a week to get your order. I ordered products from a competitor at the same time I ordered from Ayla and I got my order within 3 days and I am still waiting for my Ayla order. And I just got a notice that it's now going to be delayed another 3 days!!! It takes the joy out of ordering from them. The bummer is that I love the brands and the products that Ayla offers and the staff seems nice - but it seems like they are always questioning something prior to shipping ie do I want a delivery signature, do I want it expedited etc all of which delays shipping...I think they need to rethink their shipping and have these questions as part of the check out and not as add on emails later - it all takes time and effort and makes the whole process draining and joy-sucking.

Hi Jennifer, We're disappointed to hear of your frustration, especially since we're usually known for getting orders out quickly! We do take take great care to confirm that our customers will receive their packages safely - we're sorry that our phone calls and emails to ensure that didn't seem to reach you. We use both UPS and USPS to ship our packages and you're always welcome to leave us a note at checkout with your preferred carrier if you have one, to waive or require a signature upon delivery, or for any other details or requests. We're happy to add those notes to your customer profile for future orders too! As always, feel free to call or email us anytime.
I have been very disappointed in the last 2 "gift" set from Ayla. The last one was the $100 with fairly large purchase. I did not find anything in this package to I could use. I switched to Ayla from direct buying from Vintner's Daughter because Ayla offered many products, at the same price and small samples -- with my last order I did not receive the Vintner's Daughter sample and the gift package did not contain any products of value to me. Ayla is prompt but I feel the value has decreased in the past year.

Hi Joan, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your goodie bag. We try to include a range of products so that there is something for each customer to enjoy, but we understand that every skin type is different. With this in mind, we made the decision to list some of the products within the goodies bags in our Sunday newsletter, so that customers could make an informed decision. We're always happy to provide the details of the gift ahead of time if you'd like to call or email us - we're here to help! We're also sorry to hear that you didn't receive your sample in your last order. We do our best to include a Vintner's Daughter sample with every first purchase of the Active Botanical Serum or Active Treatment Essence and we can absolutely include a sample with any order thereafter if requested. Please feel free to include a note at checkout or drop us an email the next time you order and we'll be happy to include an extra one for you!
I ordered plum oil and its been a month and still don't have it. I have received an email saying it will be delayed. I'm just worried I won't ever receive my order when I spent a good amount of money on it.

We are still on track to send your order this month. We are disappointed that Le Prunier couldn't ship the product to their retailers sooner, but please know that this is an extraordinary situation and we truly appreciate your patience. Very little product for price. I bought two samples and a full-size product. None worked for me.

navigation isn't organized intuitively, especially the brands categorized by geo location and NOT alpha. adding to wishlist is cumbersome and not easy in the account section. overall type design and sizes are not legible or web standard. need to log in twice on safari in order to be authenticated.
