We love that this company is a not for profit. The selection of au pairs was great. It did get a little confusing when comparing so many side by side but trust the process it’ll all work out in the end.

Since I started with the program and after arriving at my host family's house I have received the indications well and the company has helped me in my process as an Au Pair

Since the first moment I contact the agency till every new step of the process, they've always being supportive and tried to maintain a clear and respectful communication. That made me feel secure and confident about the program.

I have had a good experience and I have had a great family

The first week is quite desperate, the time zone is different from the family, far from everything we love, having to speak another language all the time, the adaptation of the child with the au pair which is not easy... all the support at this moment is valid, the agency has a person who will take care of us who speaks my language, it made all the difference, came to the house, to make sure I was well and in a good place, gave me some tips, and talked to me a little bit about Portuguese, it was very comforting. The first week was not easy, but with the adaptation I hope it gets better.
