Staff on Mexico is not that great.

I'm having a great experience with the agency, I found a great family and I have a great local coordinator, everyone was always very attentive and kind to me, I had no problems

Au pair USA is very caring because they made sure that they communicate with me regarding an. Very reliable and they care about their Aupairs wellbeing.

They were very helpful every time I asked a question, I think it could be better if they would accompany me more to prepare my visa interview like with possible questions but it wasn’t a big deal, they really make all the process as easier as possible for the au pair and the host family:)

From the very beginning they were helpful and patient, very thorough when i asked questions and cared a lot about my comfort and safety from the time i started my application to my safe landing in USA.

People working in AuPair program helped me with everything. Weather it's program itself or something else. This is also such an amazing opportunity to meet people and culture's all over the world. I never held back with any problem or anything else because this company is so amazing but what makes it so amazing is the people who work in AuPair.
