Great company to work with!

Great customer service. One bus had some audio issues but overall we were very satisfied.

Our trip up to Chautauqua was excellent, and I would rate it a 5. We had very professional drivers. It could not have been better. However, on the return trip, our drivers were not nearly as professional, we had to stop on the PA Turnpike to allow bus computers to "fix themselves," we had to make a stop at a bus depot in Hagerstown, MD to drop our two drivers off who were out of hours, and pick up a new driver. This stop took a lot longer than described. It turned out to be a nine hour drive home, getting us in at midnight.
