Security for online users is not practical

I am happy with the service they provide and the good coverage that is available to most. I am however disappointed and feel very cheated that I had exclusions from my policy due to receiving preventative care in the past. It has now limited what this coverage actually can do for me. Now I am paying an arm and a leg for minimal coverage based on my profession. I have kept my eyes and ears out for another company to use.

I have this life insurance to protect my daughter’s family financially, if something happens to me. Having this policy gives me comfort. Dealing with the company is very easy.

Terrible. I can never get a person on the phone, and paying bills online is impossible. I've never had such a difficult time paying a bill for any company I have ever done business with. When the bill arrives I know I better plan on spending an hour attempting to pay the bill.
