Hi Francisco, thanks for the feedback. Once you take out a policy with us it's there if you should ever need it. We never want to bombard our customers with frequent emails or calls so we try to make the process and communication easy. However, we do love talking with our customers - if you ever have questions our Customer Connections team is always available Monday-Friday between 7:00AM - 6:30 PM at 800-869-0355 ext 4279.
