Good service and quality! The shipping took a little longer than I was expecting. However, it’s a special order so I guess that has to be expected. Love the barn door!

I ordered specialty barn door hardware from Artisan Hardware. The price was fair but the Customer Service was the best I've ever seen. After my purchase, I received regular emails both giving me progress on my order AND giving me detailed information on how to install the hardware once it came. It was eextremely helpful to be able to review the well-written instructions prior to receiving the hardware. The whole process was excellent.

A very well made beautiful product . Well shipped. Shipping receipt was a challlenge since it required two people to be off work . They do not ship past 3pm or on weekend , at least not in my area. They forgot to provide a splice kit and also did not notify me of a needed refund of a part. I caught it when we went to put the barn door up . Customer service was very helpful responsive.

The door hareware that I purchased was just what I was looking for, with good quality and reasonable price.
