Very professional installation. Customer service was great when we had to change our install date.

The company's response to our request was quick, their showroom was well designed and helped inform our decision, their staff promptly and efficiently installed our lift and made sure we knew how to use and maintain it. The lift has worked very well to date.

It took three service calls to solve a problem that could have been resolved on the first call had the technician had the right parts with him. I got charged for multiple service calls. .

From the sales visit through installation we were impressed with the level of professionalism and concerns and/or questions were answered to our satisfaction. A neighbor had a Stannah lift installed a few years ago for the husband and they were instrumental in giving us a demo of a working lift from first hand experience

Allows my husband to go up and down safely and I use it for elevator transporting stuff down stairs which keeps me safe. So happy with it
