Had an issue with a shipment that arrived on time but had inadvertently leaked during shipment. I contacted customer service through email and within 24 hours had a response and a new bottle already shipped out to replace original order. Thank you to the customer service team for being wonderful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be doing more business with this store in the future.

Alt Fragrances is a great company with awesome products. Long lasting and the aroma attracts. One of the best things is if you ever get a product missed delivered or damaged, the replacement is sent the next day. I recommend 1000% enjoy

Great Product it smells great just as it’s described! Great Prices and the customer service was easy and great to work with. Never had any problems. If shipping times could be a little faster would awesome but other than that no complaints. Just a super product and company!

I do not recommend buying from this company. I did not receive my complete order, and when they finally sent a replacement, it smelled like pure medical alcohol instead of perfume. It was nothing like the fragrance I purchased. I contacted customer service, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me that I have to pay for the return shipping myself. So I’m expected to pay to return what is basically a bottle of rubbing alcohol. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I feel completely misled. Be careful before ordering from this company.

It’s so easy to order from Alt!! Pick your scent…and there doesn’t seem to be much of a wait! The scents are amazing and considering some of the brand name colognes cost over 300.00…. I’ll buy Alt any day. I were Crystal and Bella Vita and they smell just like the name brands!! It’s a no brainer to try this cologne. Today my order was short one bottle..I emailed them from my delivery notification, sent a copy of my order and pictures of what was received and within minutes, I have a new order number for my missing bottle! I’m sold on Alt and it really makes it nice that my husband likes it too! Thank you !!!
