Product delivered. Using, teeth moving. But, no real feedback on biweekly photos. Concerned about who reviews any questions, concerns about my personal situation. Overall prompt, timely, reasonably priced.

Elle was my rep, she has been amazing and super communicative from start to now, I am in my 2nd set of trays now. Price was thousands less than everyone else and service and product have been phenomenal. Honestly seemed to good to be true but I'm wearing them now and super happy. Nothing makes me happy because Im a grump but this has been an amazing process so far!

The whole process has been super easy. Got my impression kit sent them picture. They emailed back very quickly so I was able to proceed with the rest of my impressions. I sent them off and got my treatment preview within 3 weeks. I accepted it and purchased my Aligners. I received 4 weeks later. They emailed me the tracking number and answered all my questions. I’m currently on my step 1 Aligners and I am so excited. The first couple days there was definitely some discomfort but overall they are a great fit. They are really clear and no one has even noticed I am wearing Aligners!
