Very helpful throughout the whole process even after the aligners were delivered. They are very comfortable and high quality. They almost are not painful at all except for the first 30 mins when you move on to the next step.

Update: Received my impression kit 2020-08-05, shipped out by UPS on 2020-08-04.. I got it within one day of it being shipped. I'm extremely satisfied with AlignerCo and how professional everything is packaged. I can't wait to continue with this treatment! I had my doubts but no longer do. AlignerCo is for everyone!

Jacky was very helpful in getting both me and my husband started on aligners. The customer service was far better than any other company. I had to make a purchase for both of us (as his was a surprise) and they were able to accommodate perfectly! Another company, that rhymes with mile-defect-club took way too long to respond (and cost WAY more anyways) lead me to find these guys! A blessing in disguise.

I have had such a positive experience with AlignerCo! They respond fairly quickly to your emails and are so professional. They make sure you are happy with what you're getting. The aligners themselves are such great quality. It definitely requires some time to get used to, but they fit so perfectly and look almost invisible. I cant wait to see the end result. If you are hesitant about AlignerCo dont be!

So far so good. I received my set of aligners and have been using them for a little over a week with absolutely no problems, no lisp either as was forewarned may be the case.

Great price and great quality aligners!they are very clear and nobody notice them! They shipped my impression kit and then my aligners in a very quick time, moreover the customer service is very professional and kind. I surely recommend this company
