Safe and easy to drop off and pick up

Parking lot is close enough to EWR, but shuttle took forever to come. Waited a half hour at the terminal.

I had a wonderful experience. If we fly out of Newark, NJ again we will be sure to use this facility. Jose was wonderful, picked us up where he said he would and dropped us right off at the car. The vans were clean. Thank you so much.

Came back to the lot to a flat tire on my car (apparently ran over some glass). Folks in the building were very nice as well as the sweet security officer lady who came over to make sure we did not need anything while we waited for my roadside assistance. They let the guy into the lot to help us and waived him out. No extra charges for sitting in the lot after my reservation time had ended. Great pick up service by the shuttles as well!

Excellent service, highly recommend. This was the easiest time we had with parking and getting to and from the terminal ever.
