Parking lot is in a very bad part of newark off the main highway. While parking lot itself appeared safe, the area directly around it did not appear to be. Booking online was ok and checkout was ok. Rate was good but not sure if it was worth the savings.

I waited for a shuttle for an hour, I tried calling but customer service was closed with no information on how to contact the shuttle to let them know I was waiting. I emailed and I still have yet to receive a reply. My end time to pick up my vehicle was at noon, the shuttle came at noon....I am happy that I was not charged extra. I have used this parking area since I moved to New York in January, I really like it so I understand due to this pandemic. Would like it to be easier to contact someone if shuttles are running only every hour.....I have plenty more trips to make this year. Thank you

Ms Booher Sorry for the confusion. The driver is supposed to give you a card with a a phone number that goes directly to the bus. It is our regular card but he was supposed to right a new temporary phone number on it. If he didn't, I am sorry. I would fire him but he is one of the OWNERS!! lol Needless to say, as you see we are having a tough time right now. Just trying not to lose the business. Could you e-mail me the phone number you called so I can see where we screwed up. All numbers are supposed to go to the phone in the shuttle bus. Mike [email protected]
We had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after we returned from our trip, even though they run "every 15 minutes on the dot".

We had to wait 30 mins for for a shuttle to come .We were unable to reach anyone live or get through to the automated system that tells you where pick ups were at Airport to at least know we were in the right place

Mr schofield. Thanks for writing. Problem is you reserved at our other location so there would be no info for you at the location you parked.. We have 2 locations AirPArk at Newark and Newark Airport Long Term Parking You reserved at NALTP and parked at Airpark..
Great service and price. 2 stars are for the nasty girl working on 1/31/2020 around 10 am. Really rude terrible service I understand it’s Newark but come on you can do better than this

Mike. SO sorry.. Gonna chalk this up to her having a bad day! She has been spoken too and told that ANY attitude is unacceptable... We'll give her one more shot! Your right... We normally are better. Thanks
The car drop experience was fine. The shuttle picked us up at our car within minutes of parking. This, however we would come to learn later, was a coincidence - since we happen to park at the same time the shuttle was returning from the airport with customers. Driver was pleasant and helpful with luggage. Unfortunately, it was our return that was a negative experience. Despite being told when we were dropped off that the shuttle will circle every 15 minutes to pick us up and no need to call, we waited for the shuttle for 29 minutes. When we tried to call after 20 minutes there was no answer to our call. The shuttle did appear eventually and was full. We had to stand because of the number of customers. The driver was obviously flustered with a situation that was not his making - most likely caused by under-staffing by management. I've used airpark at LGA and JFK many times. I prefer the valet style of LGA far better than this self-service version. I've been told that JFK also now has self-service but I've not seen it so only can speak from my valet experience at JFK some time ago. The price was reasonable (cheap actually) which unfortunately proves you get what you pay for. Solution to the problem would be a call for pickup on demand (as at LGA) - and while it would cost more, you could charge $1 or $2 more per parking to cover the cost. I would certainly be willing to pay slightly more for a better experience.

Security guy was rude. When asked where can we park for the shuttle to pick us up he was like there is 12 acres of parking . On the trip back shuttle took forever (25 mins) to come whereas other shuttle companies were showing up every 5 mins
