very convenient and economical compared to arranging for a car service to the airport. Had to wait a bit at the terminal to be picked up on the return trip due to some shuttle driver shortages. Otherwise, all good.

Great service. On time 15 minute intervals to the terminals. Ample parking. Very reasonable long term parking rates. What more can you ask for?

Parking lot is well lit and fenced. I was comfortable leaving my car there. The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was wonderful, took us right to our car. I will definitely use them again.

I made a reservation and apparently it was never processed. Had a big hassle trying to pay and leave this has happened to me twice at Newark but never at LaGuardia or Kennedy airports

Great service & convenience. Drivers are very considerate. Highly recommend.
