Drop off was easy and seamless. Found a spot to park the car and the bus was over within a few minutes to take us to the terminal. Pick up and check out was just as simple. Grabbed our luggage, waited out front and the shuttle was over within a few minutes. I’d use them again and I’d recommend.

I wish I knew that the buses would pick us up at the car,so I could have waited inside a warm car with my family... After that smooth, but the Van wreaked of a Urine like smell and really botherd my wife. Otherwise, good service.

Traveler. Thanks for writing.. WE TRY! It's frustrating sometimes trying to cover every base for each and every customer. But we try. It is stated on our website. It is on a notice on the ticketing machine when you scan to enter the lot. As you enter, directly in front of you is a 6' x 10' sign that says, you can walk to the nearest bus stop or WAIT BY YOUR CAR for the shuttle.,. Not sure what more we can do..
Overall Good experience with Airpark. Very close from Airport. The way in shuttle was fast and efficient but we had to wait more than 15 min on the way back and we could not understand why no one was picking us at the agreed location. 4 stars overall
