Very seamless process to get book fulfillment set-up. Some surprises surrounding final shipping costs and the right mailer to use, but it should be improved with the new TikTok shipping.

I’ve sold over 1,000 books using Acutrack for printing and fulfillment, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The print quality is strong, fulfillment is reliable, and orders are handled smoothly end-to-end. Most importantly, the customer service has been outstanding. Catherine Francis, my customer service representative, has been responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She makes the entire process feel easy and well-managed, even as volume scales. If you’re an author or publisher looking for a dependable printing and fulfillment partner, I highly recommend Acutrack—and if you get the chance to work with Catherine, you’re in great hands.

We couldn't ask for better feedback! It's great to hear the experience has felt strong right from that first call—walking through pricing, next steps, and even profitability at different price points is exactly the kind of clarity we want authors to have from the start. Consistent follow-up to help keep things moving forward is just as important, so it's wonderful to know that's come through too, alongside quick order fulfillment once things are up and running. Thank you for sharing such a thorough look at the experience so far. We look forward to supporting your continued success.
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Acutrack. Everything has been absolutely exemplary through every step. The initial call was very professional; the quote was very straight forward and fair; getting a proof copy of my book was very well done; and the final step of TikTok Integration was amazingly fast, simple, and well orchestrated. Working with Acutrack has been quite pleasant -- I am so glad I found them, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting/needing a print and fulfillment service.
