So far, I'm not impressed with this service. First, they missed the deadline on printing my books and then ghosted me for a week. I tried messaging multiple people with no luck, until I finally DMed the CEO. Second, they sent me an invoice for $3 on Friday (yes, THREE dollars) and put my account on hold the very next day. That was a Saturday, when banks aren't even open. I've never seen a company move that fast over such a small amount. Not a great experience so far.

I've called three times as I am interested in finding a new publisher for one of my books. first time was too early as you are out west and I'm central time zone. Second I was referred to a line and informed there was no one available to take my call. Third time a female voice answered and when I told her I was hearing impaired and to please speak up the phone went dead.

Hi Chester, your business need is not a good fit for Acutrack. Acutrack is not a book publisher. We help self-publishers with book print & fulfillment services. We apologize that you didn't get a prompt attention. One of our team members will reach out and help you in the right direction.
Complete scam. Once they get your money and have you sign a contract you can never reach anyone. My boss worked with them on her book and they literally told us less than a week out they were not able to do it after receiving payment more than a month in advance. Very disappointing and they did not even offer an apology.

Hi Ashley, It is rather unfortunate that your experience with Acutrack has been less than ideal. As an organization, we strive towards client satisfaction and take pride in our customer service. Which is one of the reasons we have a five-star rating on Trustpilot. But sometimes there are events beyond our control. The entire print industry is facing logistics challenges. In this case, one of our machines broke down and spare parts were delayed. Which led to a delay in your project. Apologies! We hope you'll give us a chance to make things right in your next project!
The company is very unprofessional we hired them to print our book and do fulfillment. They never delivered on the services they stated in the contract. This caused my book to be delayed by weeks as I found another printer. They are liars they make promises and never keep them. You can never get them on the phone. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Hi Jasmine, We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you by the delay. As I mentioned to Ashely, there were circumstances beyond our control, like the shortages we are facing in the whole industry, which led to a less than ideal situation.
Once they get you to sign the contract, the experience becomes poor. Lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and inattention to detail. I canceled after only a few weeks when I realized they were making my fulfillment process harder, not easier. Furthermore, I was promised a refund for my inconvenience and that never even happened. A real unfortunate experience.
