So far, I'm not impressed with this service. First, they missed the deadline on printing my books and then ghosted me for a week. I tried messaging multiple people with no luck, until I finally DMed the CEO. Second, they sent me an invoice for $3 on Friday (yes, THREE dollars) and put my account on hold the very next day. That was a Saturday, when banks aren't even open. I've never seen a company move that fast over such a small amount. Not a great experience so far.

Working with Acutrack has been wonderful. They're professional and friendly, and I'm a very particular person, so they've had plenty of chances to lose patience with me. They never have. I've worked with them on several books now and I'm about to add two more. One of my projects needed kitting: two beautiful hardcover books that are sold together as a set. Acutrack worked closely with me to package them exactly the way I pictured, and they look upscale and ready to give as a gift. I'm very pleased with the presentation, and with how diligent they were in making it happen. Special thanks to Raj and Babbu for their personal help. I'm looking forward to more great teamwork on the books we have now and the ones still to come. Highly recommend working with Acutrack.
