I purchased a new e-reader pen from eBay, which I found did not include operating instructions for the device. When I contacted Svantto, they were quickly able to determine the model number of my device and send me a downloadable link with operating instructions. This company has EXCELLENT customer service!

Very attentive to my issue with a previous product that I purchased. Replacement was sent in a very timely manner.

They replied after a week of my raising an issue and they were able to help me fix the problem with my thermal label printer. It wasn’t connecting to the usb of my laptop but they sent over a file for me to download which sorted out the problem.
