Thank you so much! We're thrilled to hear you had such a positive experience with your first self-published book. We're glad we could help you navigate the process and that you're happy with the quality of your photo book. We appreciate your recommendation!
My name is Alex Becker, author of the book Kalman Filter from the Ground Up. I have been working with Acutrack for five months and am highly satisfied with their service and print quality. My book is shipped on the day of the order or the next business day, securely packed in a hard package. I've received several positive comments from customers about the book's quality, and I haven't had any return requests so far. Their customer service consistently responds within 24 hours.

We did an extensive analysis of book publishers and chose Acutrack because they met all of our team's requirements. We just completed the third printing of our first project with them, and we are very pleased. We have our own Acutrack project manager who is very responsive to all our questions. The Acutrack tech support team is top notch too. It's been a great experience and we are preparing two new projects with them.

Sindhuja is very helpful she is 5/5 stars. I would like to have more touch points with her and the rest of the team especially when we are in production. The Accutrack website also has several bugs that make navigation difficult sometimes.
