The bike is great--my grandson uses it every day to ride back and forth to school, and to baseball practice. Unfortunately, the kickstand broke after five months, but Customer Service replied very quickly that they would send me a new and "better" kickstand--great customer service.

The bike has been pretty stand up so far only one minor issue and the company is taking care of that accordingly. It’s a good folding e bike that fits in my little car.

I purchased 2 Actbest speedy E bikes for me and my wife great purchase we love them they’re terrific, I had an issue with mine with the battery and customer service got it straightened out for me and got me back on the road again great customer service that’s one of the reasons I research the company and purchased the bikes from them

I purchased the ACTBEST CORE ST. The next morning I realized that I really wanted the core 2.0. I emailed the service team and and they cancelled my first order and then assisted with ordering the new one. Within one day I have received confirmation that my bike is ready for delivery. So far the experience with ACTBEST has been great.

After an extensive search, I finally found the e-bike that checks all the boxes for my daily commute and longer rides. The Actbest Apex completely won me over. What first caught my eye was the massive, sturdy frame—I finally feel like I'm mounting a solid piece of work! Better yet, my feet no longer strike the front tire when I push off. The performance is equally impressive. The powerful 1200-watt hub motor makes quick work of steep hills, requiring very little pedal assistance. This bike has completely changed my routine. Scenic trips are now more accessible, it gets me to work early, and it's a welcome lift home after a long day. Honestly, if you need reliable transportation, this bike pays for itself quickly, especially when you compare it to city e-bike rental rates. While I add some upgrades like torque arms to keep it running at its peak, the Actbest Apex is a fantastic, non-bulky starter bike right out of the box. It will truly make you say "wow," and I love seeing people turn their heads as I zoom down the street!

My Actbest Speedy bike arrived in about four days so the delivery is quick. I am very impressed about the quality of the bike. I've owned several bikes including one other ebike and this one is at the top of the list. I highly recommend you buying from Actbest if you are deciding which company from which to buy.
