I had a great experience with this company. I love the white color and solid build of the hybrid bike. On top of that, I was much impressed with customer service which was responsive to my question about assembling the bike and fixed a front disk brake rotor that was rubbing.

Well it didn't start great since 1st bike was broken. And was difficult to contact anyone. But through facebook I was able to get through and then great correspondence to correct and fix the issue. Was fixed immediately and professionally. And now everything is wonderful! I love my ebike. So great

We purchased the Core-Swept eBike to help with riding up the many hills in our neighborhood. It has exceeded our expectations and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others looking for an eBike at a great price.

I absolutely love this new E Bike. It came quickly. I was able to assemble it myself after watching the u tube video provided in with the q r code in the booklet. It's comfortable rides smoothly. I've only ridden it twice but I'm very excited to get out and ride over the summer. The only negative is the finders. They are plastic and I can't get them adjusted to not rub . But took them back off and love the ride. I'd highly recommend this bike and this company

Received bike very securely packaged, was able to easily assemble bike. Charged the battery and have been enjoying practice on the bike. Very pleased with the construction and accessories which come with the bike. Next testing will be in the forest on the trails. Looking forward to many great days on the bike.
