amazing products but the most trash customer service you will ever experience. Context, i ordered a dehumidifier the night of the 21st, its now been 3 business days and 2 non-business days. i paid for 3 day select and its still not here. I contact support and unfortunately alex from acinfinity cant count. He tells me that the 21st to friday isnt three business days.

I really wanted to like AC Infinity. That's why I bought a 5x5 AC Infinity grow tent from my local grow store. The day I set it up, I got zipped inside of it and it was FULL of light leaks I had to patch with black tape. A few years later I bought a humidifier from AC Infinity that worked great for about 6 months until the humidity sensor simply stopped working and I can no longer use it for anything but general humidification. A few months ago I decided to give them one last chance and bought a Terraform 8 because of having temp issues. It wasn't running a month, and I came to find it on but not pumping any air as well as not letting me access any buttons. I had to unplug it from the wall, wait 10 mins and then replug it for it to work again. It has now happened TWICE in the first 2 months I've owned it. I am completely done flushing my money down the toilet with AC Infinity.

Der AI Controller ist der größte Schrott und sie größte Augenwischerei die ich jemals gesehen habe , er heißt AI aber hat mit KI und AI nichts zu tuen, dieser Controller ist nichts anderes wie der 69+ pro, der Controller ist dumm Nacht nichts alleine selbst wenn er alleine arbeitet kriegt er keine logische Automatisierung hin , er zeigt einfach eine Zahl an suggeriert das es top sei obwohl die Zahl von den eigenen Einstellungen kamen die Geräte arbeiten alle gegeneinander man kann es nicht vernünftig laufen lassen , einfach Schrott , das grenzt stark an betrug

Sehr viele Produkte bereits erworben und über 2k ausgegeben. Kann die ganzen positiven Kommentare bezüglich Kundensupport nur bedingt zustimmen. In meinem Fall geht es um eine Ionbeam S16 Lampe. Funktioniert nur mit dem mitgelieferten Controller und nicht mit einem anderen, laut AC muss er auch mit dem AI Controller funktionieren. Habe alle Schritte des Supports mitgemacht und auch 3 Videos wo der Fehler ersichtlich ist geschickt. Leider nur Standardantworten und der ganze Fehlersucheprozess war im Endeffekt für beide Seiten umsonst, da AC Infinity ein 100€ ( 1 Monat alt, 3 Videos nach deren Anleitung geschickt - Fehler ersichtlich) definitiv nicht austauscht sondern zwingend überprüfen muss. 4 komplett verkabelte und installierte Lampen ausbauen, versenden und hoffen auf eine Lösung. Ich bin eigentlich jemand der auch die Schritte mitmacht und versucht pro aktiv an einer Lösung zu arbeiten. Leider liegt das nur in meinem Interesse. Sind wie die meisten Firmen, standardisierte Antworten, außen hui aber im Kern was anderes und kein wirkliches Interesse an einer Lösung für den Kunden. Schema F. Zermürbungstaktik. Wir hätten uns 10 Mails, 3 Videos und Fehlerbeschreibungen usw. ersparen können, wenn die Lösung sowieso nur einschicken wäre. Zumindest kurze Hoffnung war da und ist nun für immer weg. Die Produkte sind sowieso schon überteuert und ja, der Support sollte besser ausgebaut werden, aber wie alle Firmen kostet viel und bringt wenig. Ich werde AC Infinity in Zukunft dann nur mehr als Alternative in Betracht ziehen.
