Super Produkte, Leise effizient und zuverlässig. Leider gibt es nicht einmal ansatzweise gleiche Produkte wie in den USA. Stafzölle und Lieferzeiten bzw Engpässe sind hier Normalität, zur Mary Jane reiste man mit na handvoll Produkte die man nicht mal erwerben konnte. Adapterstecker für fremdgeräte und in Europa gängige 125mm Lüfter bzw rohrmaterial gibt es hier einfach nicht. Wenn mal etwas rüberschwappt ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder ausverkauft. Und was ist eigentlich mal mit anderen Sprachen in der App und dem Controller. Einfach schade denn die Produkte an sich sind einfach super und suchen ihres gleichen.

sent my package to the wrong address. my said package has apparently been return after being shipped. no one has notified me and ive been stuck with a broken product, with no replacement. when i try to call customer service number, im left on hold until the automated system hangs up on me.

Brittany processed my warranty claim exactly as I would have hoped, polite and prompt, I thought I would have gotten a longer life out of my T7, but this humidifier works extremely well with the controller AI. Thanks so much Brittany.

the support is catastrophic - yo do not even get a reply if you mention anything negativ like no working widgets for the flagship AI controller
